Right of Withdrawal

HDR HERO is offered exclusively to businesses (§ 14 BGB). A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers and therefore does not apply here. The German-language version of this policy is legally binding.

Note for entrepreneurs

A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers (§ 13 BGB). Entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
